ABOUT
I am Carlotta Cataldi, a graphic recorder and facilitator who helps groups have meaningful conversations. I am based in Barcelona, Spain and can work in four languages: English, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.
I discovered the art and power of deep listening and visualisation of complex concepts in 2010 while studying strategy, sustainability, and leadership. Since then, I have been visually mapping conversations, conferences and meetings to help illuminate what is essential about them for the groups with whom I work.
My mission is to contribute to the making of a society that can see the interrelations existing between what we do and the impact on the environment and other people. I use Systems Thinking in my work as an essential tool to help groups have meaningful conversation toward the creation of resilient societies and ecosystems.
