It has many names: visual thinking, visual summaries, scribing, sketchnoting… My personal favourite is the term “graphic harvest”, as it describes what I do: I pick the best parts off a presentation or a conversation on stage or in a workshop, and I represent it immediately with words, images and colours.

I work either on a large wall covered in paper, on a board, or digitally, projecting the harvest on a big screen in front of everybody.

During events and workshops, I work in tandem with your team of facilitators, or with your hired moderator on stage, to ensure the meaningful creation of art & business outputs. From preparation to post-production, I am there with you to support your team visually!

So how does it all work?

  • Ideally you will book me a few months in advance, because conference season is always busy!

  • I can work in person but also remotely from my iPad connected to your big screen (it works! I have done it successfully many times).

  • I offer a half day or full day fee - no hourly rates as prep time also has to be considered

What’s included?

  • Preparation

  • Briefing, reading of relevant materials, choosing and buying materials, booking flights/trains/hotels etc.

  • Travel time, if outside Barcelona

  • Tech check or preparation of workspace, depending if the job is digital or on paper.

  • Arrival at venue at least 1 hour in advance, to prep my space, start working on titles and logos.

  • Live graphic recording during the whole day

  • Delivery of the artwork in paper/in digital form on the SAME day of the event

  • Light post-production and digitalization of work, in case it was on paper.

  • Debrief with the client

What’s NOT included?

  • Hotel, transportation and food costs

  • Materials (beyond markers and iPad which are included)

  • Heavy post-production: remaking parts of the whole design of recordings.

  • Extra images to be created before the event or after. And translations. But I will love help out at a added cost. Just ask me!

Hi, I’m Carlotta!

Based in Barcelona, and active everywhere, I enrich your workshops and conferences with live graphic recording, in English, Spanish, Italian and Catalan. 

Established in 2012, I have a wide network of talented colleagues both visual and group facilitators. So even if I am not personally available, I will help you match with the best international talent for your event.
