Visual Coaching
Can you imagine having someone asking meaningful questions and listening to you for hours, and at the same time visualizing in front of your eyes what you are saying, to help you reflect and take decisions?
This is one of my favourite things to do, since I experienced it for myself 15 years ago and still feeling the for years after that. Visual Coaching is a way to get strategic help starting from the end point: the place where you want to arrive, your El Dorado.
Deployed over one or several sessions and adapted to your needs, I help you bring out your future vision of success and a strategic pathway to get there. I ask questions, I listen, I map out your thoughts and help you organize them so that you can find your way forward. A real treat that can change your life!
The method I use is called backcasting, I ask a lot of questions, and make lots of templates!
During my session we will dig deep, so get ready for that!
I am not a psychotherapist, so I won’t be able to help you in that sense, but giving yourself the gift of being listened to for a few hours, and see your thoughts drawn out, can really change the direction of your life. It worked for me.
